For lovers of the arts, you can't ask for anything better than to see an organic collaboration between artists, choreographers, dancers, costume designers, engineers, and other creatives to present an elaborate and well-produced showcase of their talents together, but that's what's happening with The Assembly, a collective quietly brewing with new ideas for programming avant garde dance concerts for the public. For this edition, titled LOVE MOVES, Ali Sepasyar will supply film projections, artists Curtis Speer and Delyer Anderson will feature an art installation, and costume designer Hanna Jenkinson creates the attire for the dance ensemble, and presumably, the theme surrounds love and the spirit of spring. Patrons can also enjoy a cool beverage to sip on before and after the performance.
