I scream, you scream–all while people in Long Beach are already in line for their second cones. According to a report by Bundle, Long Beach consumes more ice cream than any other city in the nation. Impressive, but not completely surprising. They do have Paradis, Titi's, Guanabana and a whole bunch of Baskin-Robbins.
Meanwhile, Long Beach City Council members are trying to kill childhood ban ice cream truck operators from playing amplified music.
