At this point in his career, there’s little that Bobby Lee hasn’t done. The San Diego-native has been a working comic for 20 years and over that time, he’s managed to weave seamlessly between the small and big screen. Many remember Lee as the only Asian cast member on Mad TV, where he stayed for eight years before its cancellation. On top of appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, two Harold and Kumar movies along with several music videos, the 42-year-old’s stand up schtick, which focuses on Asian American stereotypes, has won over even the harshest of critics including his parents. Lee is a rarity in comedy: unafraid to compromise his brand of humor in the era of political correctness.
