Set your DVRs. OC's own Stephanie Morgan and her vegan truck Seabirds will be on Ellen tomorrow, and she will presumably feed host DeGeneres her signature tacos stuffed with fried avocado or the jackfruit one that actually kinda tastes like pork.

The truck sent out a tweet earlier, proclaiming:
Will Ellen interview Morgan about The Great Food Truck Race? Will the host do an awkward dance? Well, I guess we'll have to watch, won't we.
