This is a disturbing story on so many levels. If police officers put a drunk guy in handcuffs after stopping him for driving erratically, why would they drop him off at a Taco Bell and not to the drunk tank? In an effort for him to soak up the booze? For negligence? Why would they not respond to 911 calls and let him walk along a highway for 50 minutes? Is this how justice works in Delaware County, Ohio?
