Eleven twentysomethings who believe there is more to Orange County than The O.C., The Real Housewives of Orange County and Laguna Beach; The Real Orange County are fighting back . . . by launching a new website.
OC Arts N Culture aims “to provide fellow Orange County residents with a glance into the broad spectrum of arts and culture available to them, offering an in-depth look at the sights and sounds that few may ever take the time to notice.”
Editor in chief Jennifer Vincent tells the Weekly the site's authors are “all friends that I've collected over the years and we all share a love for the arts and are artists ourselves in one way or another. We all love and appreciate Orange County and all the resources it has to offer.”
Topics to be covered include art, media, business and community (education, environment, family, politics).

OC Weekly Editor-in-Chief Matt Coker has been engaging, enraging and entertaining readers of newspapers, magazines and websites for decades. He spent the first 13 years of his career in journalism at daily newspapers before “graduating” to OC Weekly in 1995 as the alternative newsweekly’s first calendar editor.
