As we learned from Charles' post yesterday, the Gatten Sushi empire will open a ramen house in the old Asia Noodle Cafe spot across from UCI. But even before then, it has opened one more of its revolving sushi restaurants.
Gatten Sushi's second outlet in our county just opened in Fullerton at 1301 S Harbor Blvd., taking over the space where Ruby's once was.

The chain already has six other restaurants in Southern California, including Cerritos and Rowland Heights.
