Over the weekend, the fabulous non-profit Latino Health Access opened a community center/park near downtown SanTana, a project that was a decade in the making, having faced opposition from politicians who would've rather wanted some hipster club there and residents who insisted the park would become a den of drugs. It's a beautiful thing, and it sparked the latest “Orange County Line” I did for KCRW-FM 89.9. I also made sure to mention how Supervisors Shawn Nelson and John Moorlach got their chonis in a bunch over LHA's use of Spanish in their programs–SCARY…
