October is the perfect month to celebrate this gruesomely-named beverage (which was originally called the “Red Snapper,” if you'd like to know), so to honor our favorite breakfast cocktail, the St. Regis hosts a very fancy (and boozy) weekly Sunday brunch through the end of the month. Patrons are invited to sample six signature Bloody Marys from around the world, each with a cultural twist on the classic—the Great Wall replaces vodka with Tsingtao beer, the Bloody Smoke out of London uses 10-year-old Laphroig whiskey and black pepper, and the Aloha Mary is crafted with Sriracha and wasabi powder. Install that Uber app on your phone now, this is one of those rare times when it's completely dignified to get wasted before noon.
