What, you may ask, is that mouthful of a restaurant calling itself “Eureka! Discover American Craft”? It's an outfit that has eateries as far north as Seattle and as far south as San Diego, with a bar specializing in beer and bourbon.

The first Orange County branch has just opened in Huntington Beach's Bella Terra.
On the menu are your usual assortment if burgers and salads, but also specialities including beer braised duck and a “naked” chicken Saltimbocca.
