A bipolar woman who has been off her medication for days is missing, according to her family.
Kailing Hsieh was last seen April 14, when she walked away from the family’s van at Walmart, 121 N. Beach Blvd., Anaheim.
She is 56, Chinese and she speaks no English, according to her family.
If you spot her, you are asked to call her by her name “Kailing,” invite her to sit down and have a drink and keep her with you while you call her brother Richard Hsieh at (714) 829-0938 or homeless advocate Ray Gibb at (818) 605-9814.
Local police can be contacted as well.
