The big news this weekend was that Ruby's on the Seal Beach Pier will be serving its final meal tonight, Sunday, January 6th after 25 years. The city and the company couldn't agree on terms ranging from renovation and changing the eatery from a corporate-run restaurant to an independent franchisee operation.
