Piaggio on Wheels remains the only luxe-lonchera I've found fascinating enough to review on my This Hole-in-the-Wall life columna, because how can your argue with their empanadas, their milanesa, and head guy Jose Piaggio's ever-constant, ever-successful tinkering with Latin American favorites (I still can't get his version of the Cuban classic moros y cristianitos spiked with bacon out of my culinary dreams).
