She's at it again. Geeta Bansal, Weekly contributor and owner/chef of Clay Oven, an Indian restaurant in Irvine, is proving once again that's she might be OC's most prolific pop-up restaurateur (nevermind that she actually has a brick-and-mortar of her own).
For certain she has a lot of friends in chef circles who don't mind having her control their kitchens for a night at a time.
This time, it's Amar Santana, who's hosting Bansal for a dinner called "Indian Summer in Laguna" tonight at Broadway.
