Ernesto Hernandez, Chapman University Law Professor, Gets the Good Food Treatment for His Taco Truck Scholarship

We blogged in September about Chapman University School of Law Professor Ernesto Hernández writing an op-ed piece in the Orange County Register arguing to let taco trucks around Southern California roam free. That article was actually a revised version of Hernández's magnum opus, a scholarly piece on Los Angeles' lonchera war, which we'll link to after the jump.
