Cockroach-Infested Restaurant Reports Itself To Health Department

A San Francisco-area restaurant has a cockroach problem, a big one, but rather than hiding in the shadows like the vermin that apparently infests its walls, it's going public and has reported itself to the local health department.

The sign Cafe De Soul in Mill Valley has put up on the door is brutally honest to patrons about the icky situation. What's most surprising about this story is not the refreshing transparency or the fact that it hasn't been shut down yet, but that loyal customers are still eating there despite it all.
Does this prove that honesty is the best policy?
