Unlike other hyped sweet treats, fancy doughnuts are likely to stay, because a doughnut from Sidecar is demonstrably better than any other doughnut in these fair orange acres.
When your product is actually better, your business thrives, as evidenced by the long lines that still plague the tiny shop tucked away on 17th Street.
Incidentally, it doesn't matter what kind they have that day: they're all good and, shockingly, worth the high price. You're not supposed to eat three anyway.
