[UPDATED with Bio:] Kyle Kvasnicka Resigns as Concordia Women's Volleyball Coach After Arrest for Allegedly Trying to Lure Child for Sex
UPDATE, APRIL 14, 1 P.M.: Concordia University has already removed its online bio of Kyle Kvasnicka, who resigned as head coach of the Irvine private school's women's volleyball team following his arrest on suspicion of Internet Luring of a Child in Colorado.
But a cached version of the bio via Google reveals that Kvasnicka is 30, single and an Irvine resident. He became the team's seventh head coach two seasons ago, after having served four years before as the top assistant to Paula Weishoff, the winningest coach in Concordia history and the 2008 NAIA Coach of the Year.
More details after the jump . . .
Kvasnicka's first team as head coach made Concordia's fourth consecutive trip to the NAIA National Championships Semifinals. The bio also reveals:

- Kvasnicka has been involved with the U.S. Volleyball High Performance Programs during the past five seasons.
- He also serves as assistant director at the Laguna Beach Volleyball Club.
- He has previously coached Long Beach teen clubs, taking at least one to the Junior Olympics.
Kvasnicka, who coached extensively throughout the Midwest before coming to Southern California, received his bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Nebraska in 2004.

ORIGINAL POST, APRIL14, 12:39 P.M.: Kyle Kvasnicka has resigned as head coach of the women's volleyball team at Concordia University in Irvine following arrest on suspicion of Internet Luring of a Child.
Kvasnicka turned himself in to authorities in Jefferson County, Colorado, on April 8, and he is scheduled to be arraigned in court there on Friday.
The Jefferson County District Attorney's office alleges that Kvasnicka engaged in sexually graphic communication with someone he believed to be an underage teen in Colorado.
Prosecutors in Colorado informed Concordia of Kvasnicka's arrest on Tuesday, and officials from the private university told the volleyball team on Wednesday.
Second-year assistant coach Jon Daze has been named interim head coach while the university launches a national search for Kvasnicka's replacement.
