The Orange County Sheriff's Department runs special patrols for drunken drivers in three South County cities tonight, the Anaheim Police Department has a sobriety checkpoint scheduled Saturday night, and we know the location of all these operations.

First, deputies will be looking for alcohol and drug-impaired drivers through 3 a.m. Saturday in the cities of Dana Point, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano. Part of the "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over!" campaign, these saturation patrols will cover streets known for DUI arrests, accidents and fatalities.

Anaheim Police Department's checkpoint runs from 8 p.m. Saturday through 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of South Harbor Boulevard.

The sheriff's and police ops are funded by California Office of Traffic Safety grants, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
