The Tustin Police Department has released a photo of an alleged sexual predator who is being sought for an attack on a female in a gated community.
He is identified as Silverado 22-year-old Samuel Ostgaard, who knew the victim before the sexual assault, according to Tustin Police Lt. Robert Wright.
The exact nature of their relationship was still being investigated, Wright added.
The attack happened around 8:45 p.m. Monday in some bushes near the gated entrance to Tustin Ranch III at Township Drive and Rawlings Way, Wright said.
