Prosecutors of today's ugly mug poser, Narcisco Romanes Blando, put it best: “There was no medical reason or necessity for the
defendant to touch the victim's vagina.” Not unless the physician's assistant at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Mission Viejo was practicing an alternative medicine that has a practitioner, say, massaging the arch of your foot to cure a brain tumor. In this case, the alleged criminal act involved first rubbing lotion on a 54-year-old woman's aching ankle before moving on up under her gown to her private parts. Clinics in Berkeley don't offer treatment like that.

According to the Orange County District Attorney's office, there were another victim who together with the first warranted filing against Blando one felony count of sexual battery on an institutionalized person
and two misdemeanor counts of battery that could send him to state prison for four years. And law enforcement fears there may be others who have not yet reported their brushes with the accused.
Here are the incidents that sparked the charges:
- On Aug. 11, 2011, a 60-year-old woman was recovering from surgery at the hospital when Blando allegedly stroked her hair, kissed her on the lips and gave her a peck on the cheek. She did not request the signs of affection, and prosecutors again note there was no medical necessity for that unwanted touching.
- This past Monday is when Blando is accused of assaulting the 54-year-old, who managed to get him to stop by sobbing. She actually cried herself to sleep and then, according to prosecutors, awoke to discover Blando stroking her hair, kissing her on the forehead and asking her to kiss him.
Held in lieu of $100,000 bail and scheduled to be arraigned today, Blando may have pulled his skeevy act on other unsuspecting patients, according to the DA's office, which asks anyone who suspects they were victimized by him to call Supervising District Attorney
