Mr.Nice/Cannatonic Blend, Our Toke of the Week!
Strains: Mr. Nice and Cannatonic
Dispensary: ShowGrow , 1625 E St. Gertrude Santa Ana,Ca,92705
Price: $50 per eighth
In medical marijuana lingo, FTP means First Time Patient. The City of Santa Ana has given 20 dispensaries legit status, so as I visit these beautiful, organized, well stocked and friendly establishments I am designated as an FTP, and with this FTP status comes a deal, which is usually buy one eighth get one free or a 20 percent off the price of edibles. I always take the former and I split it between a strain with high THC and one with high CBD. This is a great deal and gives me the opportunity to try the best and newest strains, especially the one's high in CBD.
Of course I did try them separately. Mr. Nice , named after Howard Marks, a big time pot smuggler who did some prison time and wrote an autobiography titled Mr. Nice. The strain is a cross between G-13 and the Hash Plant. It's a great high, strong but not crippling. Tasty buds. Cannatonic is very popular for its medicinal use. It's strong in the sense that it will relax you almost instantly. It has a citrusy flavor and is very enjoyable.
Now to blend both buds in a joint, like going to a bar and asking for your favorite cocktail, maybe one day we'll be able to go to a cannabis lounge , The Joint, and ask for this blend, I call it Mr. Cannatonic!
I crush and tear apart the buds with my fingers, I have a grinder but don't want to lose anything in it. My fingers smell of pine and lemon, I light the joint and BOOM! Dank meets Yosemite! It expands like no other. I feel like I invented something but what? The cure to a boring evening, for sure! The combination of two strains with very high pedigree makes for a super high that will, at the end as it dissipates, lets you relax and sleep like a baby. #BobbytheBudBlender !
