Larry Cruz Passes Away After Being Found Shot in Anaheim Gutter
A man who was found shot in an Anaheim gutter Sunday and later died from his injuries has been identified by the county coroner as Larry Cruz, 48, of Anaheim.
Police got a call shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday about a man in a residential street, near the intersection of Anaheim Boulevard and Valencia Street, according to Lt. Eric Trapp of the Anaheim Police Department.
Cruz was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange with undisclosed injuries, Trapp said. That's where Cruz was pronounced deceased at 2:52 p.m. Monday, according to the Orange County Coroner's Office.
