Kristian Adway, Dejon Pierre Moore, Jennifer Kaye Moeggenberg Allegedly Pimped 17 y.o. Girl
Three pimps walk into a bar ...
Actually, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office (OCDA), Kristian Adway and Dejon Pierre Moore, both 19, and Jennifer Kaye Moeggenberg, 23, are set to walk into a Santa Ana courtoom later this month, when they will be arraigned on charges one of them lured a 17-year-old girl through Facebook before all three forced her into prostitution.
The defendant facing the most serious counts and possible prison time is Moore, who is being held on $1 million bail as he battles charges of felony human trafficking, pimping a minor, pandering with a minor, pimping, and pandering, with a sentencing enhancement for human trafficking by force or fear. He also has a prior strike conviction for a residential burglary in Los Angeles County in 2012, and with a new conviction he could go away for 17 years and 8 months to life.
Adway is charged with felony human trafficking, pandering with a minor over 16 years old by procuring, pimping, pandering, evading while driving recklessly, and one misdemeanor count of resisting and obstructing an officer. Held on $250,000 bail, he faces up to 14 years in state prison.

Moeggenberg, who is also being held on $250,000 bail, could get up to 12 years in the joint. She is charged with felony human trafficking, pandering with a minor over 16 years old by procuring, and one misdemeanor count of false representation to a peace officer.
Moore allegedly met the teen on Facebook and maintained a long distance relationship with her until Sept. 21, when the pair met in Los Angeles, where he'd come by car and her by train. Moore then drove her to Orange County, where he is accused of forcing her through threats into whoring under the alleged tutelage of Moeggenberg.
All three defendants allegedly took sexually suggestive photos of the 17-year-old that were posted on websites advertising prostitution. Moore, who allegedly collected the money the girl earned and gave some to Adway, is further accused of hitting and threatening the victim when she complained about not wanting to turn any more tricks.
Her nightmare is said to have come to an end around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 26, when all four were in a vehicle that refused to make a routine traffic stop for an Anaheim police unit. Adway allegedly sped at speeds of 60 mph, turning into a crowded parking lot where he jumped out and ran away. He did not get away, but hoofing it earned Adway the resisting and obstructing an officer count, according to authorities.
Moeggenberg got the false representation to a peace officer count for allegedly providing false information about her identity to an officer, probably because she had several outstanding arrest warrants.
An arraignment hearing for the trio Monday was continued to Oct. 18 in Santa Ana, according to the OCDA.
