A blog critical of Islamic groups in the U.S. has issued a warning about an upcoming educational forum in Anaheim, referring to the sponsor as "an unindicted co-conspirator to the largest terrorist financing conviction in U.S. history."
But the same thing could have posted about a group that operates in Anaheim every day--and, no, that's not another Disneyland dig. Although ...
Here is how the conspiratorial sounding Creeping Sharia blog puts it: "ISNA ... is an unindicted co-conspirator to the largest terrorist financing conviction in U.S. history."
The Plainfield, Indiana-based Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), as well as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), was named by the U.S. Department of Justice an unindicted co-conspirator (UCC) in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing case due to ties to the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.
The Greater Los Angeles office of CAIR is in Anaheim, of course. And they would be the first to remind that CAIR, ISNA and NAIT filed motions years ago seeking to be removed from the UCC listing. And they would point out a federal judge found that the government had violated the organizations' rights with the UCC listing.
Creeping Sharia is ringing its virtual bells and blowing its imaginary whistles over the third ISNA West Coast Education Forum Jan. 17-18 at the Anaheim Hilton. Subtitled "Empowering Educators to Prepare Students for the Future," the forum "is a unique professional development conference for educators to share their knowledge and learn from each other's experiences," according to organizers, who invite teachers, administrators and school board members "to learn, teach and network!"
Creeping Sharia has posted the event's announcement but bolded in red two on 17 topics to be discussed (with their presenters):

3. Teach Islamic Values Through Your Activities in the Arabic Class -Lina Barbir ... 16. Understanding Common Core and Aligning It to your Curriculum -Ahlam Moughania
"We're repeatedly told that teaching Arabic--a growing trend in schools across the U.S.--has nothing to do with Islam although here the stealth jihadists of ISNA prove our point in item #3 above," Creeping Sharia states in its footnotes. "Common Core. If this forum only targeted Islamic schools then why is Common Core discussed and who from Common Core might be attending or working directly with ISNA? Search the web or read our previous posts to get up to speed on the Common Core disaster."
