A Camp Pendleton Marine and Tea Party member who trashed President Barack Obama on Facebook remains in the service as he deals with a medical condition, but following treatment Sgt. Gary Stein will be involuntarily discharged, base officials announced. Oorah! A teabagger gets to suck down more taxpayer-funded assistance before being shown the gate. Stein's reportedly suffers from eosinophilic esophagitis, which requires a throat biopsy and an answers to, "What exactly got shoved down there and was Ted Nugent on the other end of it?"
Stein's "other-than-honorable" discharge comes for posting this March 1 on a Facebook page used by Marine meteorologists: "Screw Obama and I will not follow all orders from him."
Stein's attorneys argue such speech is protected by the First Amendment, but the military obviously disagrees. Besides kicking Stein out, his rank is being knocked down to lance corporal, confirms Brig. Gen. Daniel Yoo of the San Diego area Marine Corps Recruit Depot.

The biggest concern for Stein now is whether his throat condition will continue to be covered once he leaves the Corps, according to a Patch report.
"Financially it can be a little rough, obviously," Stein reportedly said. "Medically, it's going to be a little tough."
