Will You Be at Lucha VaVOOM?

A few months ago, I had five epiphanies at Lucha VaVoom. What it is, basically, is a burlesque/wrestling/comedy show featuring colorful costumes worn by character wrestlers (such as Dirty Sanchez) and commentary by comedians such as Dana Gould and Tom Kenny (Jack Black had sat in once as well).

Lucha VaVOOM is actually inspired by 60's Mexican Lucha Cinema, where brave, masked wrestling crime
fighters save the world from evil brains, vampires, the Bermuda
Triangle–always with a stop at a go-go club.

On Oct. 27 and 28, they're having Halloween shows at the LA's Mayan Theater, but if you can't go, the act will be on America's Top Model on Oct. 6.

Watch a preview after the jump.
