It's Casual Debut a Pro-Public Transportation Message in 'The Redline' [WATCH]

Eddie Solis wasn't kidding when he told us that he enjoys taking public transportation in
the city. The LA native (proudly from Boyle Heights, yo!) Says traffic, instead of being “harsh” and
“time-consuming,” is “fun.” And he put his money where his mouth is in The New Los Angeles, reissued with the subtitle Through the Eyes of a Bus Rider. He says the interest in public
transportation allows him exposure to LA's endless details, its many
different neighborhoods, areas, foods and people. A video for the single “The Redline,” shot and directed by Rick Kosick (Jackass, MTV's Wildboyz, photographer at Big Brother skateboarding magazine) documents big hearts for buses. Why? Solis sings, “because the freeways are not so nice.”

Lead singer and guitarist Edward Solis actually doesn't own a car. As
the music video demonstrates, he rides public transportation or his
skateboard.” In fact, since 2004 Solis estimates to have traveled over
87,600 miles via public transportation.
