Follow the yellow brick road to Laguna Ink Spot N Gallery, where the exhibition 'Oz' Works will make its debut. The opening night reception takes place during Laguna Beach’s First Thursdays Artwalk, and will feature art from print, screen, and stage versions of the classic tale. Original pieces from five different artists will line the walls of the art gallery and tattoo studio, revealing scenes from the Emerald City to Munchkin Land. Artists and organizers will be decked out in Oz-inspired garb, and spectators are encouraged to wear their best Oz attire to compete for prizes in a costume contest. While the reception celebrates the debut, the art will remain in the studio through Halloween.
