20th Annual Long Beach Crawfish Festival
The annual Long Beach Crawfish Festival celebrates it's 20th year this weekend—and if there's one way we love to celebrate, it's eating as many juicy, savory crawbabies as we can cram in our mouth. Set along the scenic, waterfront Rainbow Lagoon park, the fest features N'awlins-style music from Zydeco and Boogaloo bands, dancing, drinking, photobooths, a kids' activities area, shopping, a cocktail called the "Screaming Crawfish"—and to top it all off, the French Quarter delicacy of beinets and coffee. Plus trillions of tasty little crawfish. It's as close to the Big Easy as you can get while partying along the Pacific.
