If someone rear-ends you while driving, you usually stop and get the person's insurance information. If someone rear-ends you while in a Taco Bell drive thru, RUN! That is, SPEED OFF! At least this is the lesson learned from–where else?–Texas.
Finally, Lubbock gets on the map for reasons other than Buddy Holly, Texas Tech, and when UFOs invaded the town:
The man accused of shooting another in the
back several times in the Wal Mart parking lot near 4th & Frankford
in February made a brief appearance in court Wednesday.
Sultan Al-Bizri, 22, faces both state and
federal charges. At the federal level he is accused of being a convicted
felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
At the state level, Al-Bizri faces an assault
charge and more; accused of shooting Devon Napper, 20, who survived.
Police at the time said Al-Bizri rear-ended Napper in a Taco Bell drive
thru. Napper told police he followed Al-Bizri to the nearby Wal Mart
parking lot where they got in a verbal argument. Napper told police he
thought he had been shot at least 10 times.
