For owner Laurent Vrignaud, Moulin is a daily reminder of his hometown in France. To commemorate today’s holiday, they will be serving an Entrecote Frites dinner. This dish represents many of the foods made available to Parisians as a result of the French Revolution. De Anda Tacos Grand Opening – Brea

Sake Tasting At Hi-Time Wine Cellars – Costa Mesa
The theme for this month’s tasting is Daiginjo. This sake is made up of water, koji mold, yeast and rice milled 50%, with 50% of each grain of rice remaining.
