Algae milk, anyone? The Natural Products Expo West 2014 took place at the Anaheim Convention Center from March 6-9. Over 60,000 food industry professionals gathered to check out this year's latest in the alternative organic, non-GMO, gluten free, vegan, pale, etc. food movements at the leading natural foods trade show. Pea protein water, savory yogurts, algae milk, meat and fruit bars were just some of the products featured trying to get a slice of the quickly growing billion dollar natural food industry.
