The Fourth Of July, South County Style

On fourth of July residents filled the streets of Lake Forest for the Independence Day Parade. Almost a hundred different groups and organizations including the U.S. Military, fire department, Mom's Club, and the Boy Scouts were walking from El Toro High School to Lake Forest Drive and Toledo Way all the way down to Trabuco Road. Not only were the participants festive and decked out in their finest red, white and blue, several of them were handing out candy, fliers, discounts even fidget spinners. Families waved and cheered for their favorite float or cars while taking photos and shaking hands before continuing the celebration at The Sun and Sail Club. The day was filled with sun, fun, good food, drinks, celebration and of course fireworks.
