The first ever Orange County Mr. Gay competition took place at the City Club in Orange on September 18, 2010. Nearly a dozen men competed for the chance to be crowned OC Mr. Gay--and automatically qualify for the national Mr. Gay competition on November 13 in Philadelphia.
