Another dull year: The third year after Laguna Niguel and the Orange County Sheriff's Department cracked down on the decades long tradition, only a few dozen braves asses dared to moon passing Amtrak and Metrolink trains. Only one incident occurred while we were there--an unlucky participant unknowiingly brought an open cup filled with beer and was cited. All images by Christopher Victorio.
