Mooning of the Amtrak @ Mugs Away Saloon

On 7/11, the annual mooning of the Amtrak took place at Mugs Away Saloon. Apparently it might also be the very last—the city of Laguna Niguel, along with the OC Sheriff's Department and the Anaheim Police Dept. greatly discouraged participation this year because of the costs. Compared to the thousands of peaceful mooners at last year's event, less than 200 participants were at Mugs Away this year.
