Katy Perry headlined the "We Can Survive" concert, a benefit to raise funds for the Young Survival Coalition at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Oct. 23. The Young Survival Coalition is an organization that supports young women battling breast cancer.
Perry was joined by a range of female artists she hand-picked to perform at the benefit including Bonnie McKee, Kacey Musgraves, Tegan and Sara, Sara Bareilles, and Ellie Goulding. The sold out show was co-produced by Katy Perry, Radio.com, and AMP Radio 97.1.
During the evening, Perry treated the audience to performances of songs from her new album "Prism". The show's finale included fireworks, and a surprise moment when all the evening's artists joined Perry on stage to perform her hit single "Roar". It was a night of good music and good causes that Southern California won't soon forget. All images by Sugarwolf.
