From Fairytales and beyond, this Fountain Valley neighborhood off Magnolia decks the halls for Halloween each year. This year the neighborhood put together a Wizard of Oz-themed spectacle featuring Dorothy, the Wicked Witch of the West and even Oz himself. All images by Ed Carrasco.
