The annual celebration of Tet, Vietnamese New Year took place for the first time at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley. 2016, The Year of the Monkey was rung in with music, art installations, performance art lots and lots of food. Some delicacies included Bot Chien (fried rice flour cakes with eggs), dried squid, grilled beef lemongrass skewers, coconut waffles, balut, sugar cane drinks and boba milk tea served in bags. The celebration was a three day event taking place from  Feb. 12 through 14. All images by Brian Feinzimer.
