Cassini Grand Finale @ NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab

Just shy of 20 years after its launch, the Cassini spacecraft completed its mission to study Saturn with a self-destructive plunge into the ringed planet. For the occasion, NASA opened the doors of its Jet Propulsion Lab, in Pasadena, to journalists, select bloggers, and other guests. During the three-day media celebration, key Cassini team members gave presentations, interviews, and tours to shed light on the mission and the importance of NASA's accomplishments and ongoing goals. Photos taken of Saturn, from the Cassini spacecraft can be seen here. All photos of NASA personnel, artifacts, and grounds by Scott Feinblatt.
