Best of the West Chowderfest @ Aquarium of the Pacific

On March 12, 2011, attendees to the Best of the West Chowderfest were able to sample one-of-a-kind seafood chowders presented by award-winning local chefs and restaurants such as Chef Michael Poompan of Sip Lounge/Renaissance Long Beach, Chef Paul Buchanan of Primal Alchemy, Chef Jeff Thurston of Parker’s Lighthouse, Chef Paul Upton of Savor…Long Beach, Chef Matt Stein of King’s Fish House and Chef Peter Lehmar of Gladstone’s Restaurant, Long Beach.
