Remember the three not-quite-Ocean's-Eleven masterminds who dressed up in hazmat suits, strolled into Haven Gastropub in Old Towne Orange with a dolly, stole an ATM machine last December, and were subsequently arrested two days after the, um, heist?
]
Two of the men pleaded guilty this week. According to court records, Scott Robert Skallerud, 41, was sentenced to two years and four months in prison for second-degree burglary, grand theft and false personation, while Paul Charles Rivera, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary with an enhancement for a secondary offense committed while released from custody. Rivera gets a four year prison sentence. Their co-defendant Scott Gary Larsen, 42, will be in court for a preliminary hearing today.
It would be an understatement to say that the reported $100 they netted from the ATM machine wasn't worth it.
