Our sober research concludes that given the ratio of general student population to reported liquor law violations on campus, Chapman University is where it's at! This is in no way meant to take anything away from the junior college kids—we're sure they get down—but as it was explained by our men in blue, commuter institutions without student housing have a lot fewer violations that occur—or at least are found out.
