This Is How the McRib Is Made (With a Dash of Grant Imahara)

Everyone knows the McRib isn't actually made with pork ribs, but have you ever wondered what it's actually made of? No? Oh, okay.

Well, McDonald's made a video of the process they use to make the McRib anyways, just to settle your stomachs. I'll give you guys a tl;dw, it involves pork shoulder and lots of machines.

Still though, if you've got five minutes then it's a pretty interesting video. Former Mythbuster Grant Imahara and totally real person Wes Bellamy (Not joking, he's actually a real person), take a tour of an Oklahoma City factory where pork shoulders from roasts to mince meat and pork legos.

Check it out after the jump.
