“The Photography of Modernist Cuisine” To Come Out In October

So you bought and paid $625 for Nathan Myhrvold's “Modernist Cuisine“, and you also shelled out $140 for the home cooking edition, what's another $120 for the latest ancillary product called “The Photography of Modernist Cuisine”, which is billed to be a coffee table book by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, which wrote about it yesterday.

There's also apparently going to be an art show tour when the book is released. If you treat Myhrvold's like some people The Beatles and others Star Wars, you're probably sold and are even going to buy it when the whole thing comes out in paperback. But in case you're not, not here's a preview of what you might expect to see in the pages.
