I happened to meet Gabrielle while vacationing in Portland last October during Cocktail Week. Her gregarious personality and astute knowledge rang true to what friends told me. Expect one comprehensive selection of goods, with a staff ready to provide guidance.
Well, I can finally say they are ready for business, as they announced an official storefront launch date of Tuesday, January 21. Let the drinking commence!
