A new sign has been put up at a strip mall along MacArthur just a few clicks south of John Wayne Airport. It says, quite intriguingly, “The Dessert Lab.”

What is “The Dessert Lab”? To answer that question one only need to Google “The Dessert Lab”, wherein you find out the Facebook page that reveals they are a cheesecake specialist which previously went under the name Vijay's Cheesecakes. If you were at last year's Wild and Crazy Taco Night S.O.S. Charity Event, Vijay's Cheesecakes was there serving, well, cheesecakes.
And now from the looks of it, The Dessert Lab's brick-and-mortar opening is imminent. More news on this here as it comes.
