The festivities occur tonight at Costa Mesa's Shark Club from 6 - 9 p.m. A secondary reason to do a happy dance is their viewing of Cooking Channel's Eat St. episode featuring the mini menu. Their Original "Sloppy Joe" slider (with mild chiles and cheesy sauciness) will be sold for just a buck.
