According to this recent CNN article, the world's best restaurant is in Denmark. Noma, as it is called, finally dethroned Ferran Adria's El Bulli, which held the top spot for the past four years. I'm familiar with Michelin and with James Beard; but to be quite honest, until now, I've not heard of this award or the organization behind it. But I'm not so much concerned about this as I am more interested in answering this question: How can I be member #807?
